MG Gundam Astray Red Frame Kai Custom Weathering by Putra Shining

Hi and welcome to Putaro Plastic Modeller~!

This is the MG Gundam Astray Red Frame Kai that sponsored by 2 Monsters Shop! This is my first time building any of  MG Gundam Astray, I did bought a second hand Gundam Astray back in the days. For me the building is fun, fresh and interesting. 

As for customize, I did planning for metallic red for the inner frame and some chrome or silver for the black parts. Most of the paint I used for this project are AT Paints airbrush, some Gundam Markers, Silver Markers, and acrylic paints. 

Honestly I didn't expected the results became this good, most the time I just experimenting few combo of colors. The red was AT paints Metallic Red + Copper. After topcoat with Samurai Paint Clear, the colors rise up and it look so good. Overall I really really satisfied with the results. I really enjoy customize this Gundam Astray, luckily I have one more to custom, but this time I maybe put up for sale.
